FINANCE MANAGER

 

to take a central role in managing and growing our business.


 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all financial aspects of our business including day to day processes - eg. sales invoices, purchase invoices, monthly statements, VAT, PAYE, credit control, Intrastat, etc
  • Efficient management of our working capital ie.debtors, creditors, banks and stock levels
  • Deal with Import/Export regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reports.
  • Preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flow forecasts
  • Prep of year end statutory accounts and sign off with auditors
  • Development of cost awareness and efficiencies in all areas of our business.
  • Proactively assist with strategic management decisions
  • Participate in special projects eg.new ERP System installation

 

Skills required :
  • Experience managing day to day accounts in a sales business.
  • Excellent IT and business systems knowledge.
  • Sound financial and fiscal skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven business management acumen

This role offers an opportunity to be centrally involved in the management of a busy sales business with ambitious plans in place for further expansion.

Although the primary responsibility of the role will involve managing the accounting function, this position would ideally suit a commercially minded candidate who can use their all round business ability and experience to substantially contribute to the further success of the business.

Role responsibilities :

  • Build & manage an effective high performing marketing team
  • Create & manage profiles of our various businesses, social platforms, etc
  • Oversee brand building of our products in the marketplace including packaging, merchantising, POS design, etc
  • Identify effective channels for promotion of our products to various target markets
  • Create concepts & ideas for multiple marketing campaigns
  • Delegate & oversee production of marketing contentl eg, images, videos
  • Oversee campaign rollouts & analysis of effectiveness
  • Organise events eg. trade shows, product launches, open days, etc

  • Ability to convert leads and prospects into sales

  • Full driving licence and excellent driving skills
